Dear RCH Members, Staff, and Board,

As the holiday season surrounds us with its warmth and cheer, I find myself reflecting on the extraordinary year we’ve shared at RCH. Together, we’ve navigated challenges, celebrated milestones, and continued to uphold the values that define us as a community-centered organization.

To our Members, thank you for your trust and partnership. You are the heart of everything we do. Your support inspires us to push boundaries and ensure we deliver on our promise of excellence in water services.

To our Staff, you are the backbone of RCH. Day in and day out, your dedication, resilience, and expertise shine through in every task you undertake. It’s because of you that we’ve achieved so much this year—from enhancing our infrastructure to strengthening the connections within our community.

And to my fellow Board Members, your vision and leadership have been invaluable. Your commitment to guiding RCH with integrity and purpose ensures we are not just meeting today’s goals but paving the way for a brighter future.

As we celebrate this season of joy and gratitude, I hope you’ll take time to rest, reflect, and reconnect with loved ones. The new year will undoubtedly bring new opportunities and challenges, but with this incredible team, I am confident we’ll continue to rise and thrive together.
