Dear RCH Members,
I am pleased to inform you that RCH is moving to Stage 2 of our modified drought contingency plan, effective immediately. This adjustment reflects an improvement in water availability, but we still ask for your cooperation to ensure the continued conservation of our resources.
Modified Stage 2 Guidelines:
Here are the key modifications for Stage 2:
- Lawn Irrigation: Watering days will remain the same based on your designated day and zone. Watering is still allowed between 8:00 PM and 2:00 AM. As conditions improve, additional days and hours may be added.
- Irrigation Frequency: Lawn irrigation is limited to one day per week on your designated day.
- Drip or Soaker Hose: Can be used any day, at any time.
- Hand-Held Sprinklers: Allowed any day, at any time.
- Pools: Filling or draining and refilling pools is allowed, but please notify us if you plan to completely fill a new pool.
- Vehicle Washing: Washing vehicles is permitted, so long as water is used responsibly.
- Hydrant Meters: Permitted for construction
We encourage all members to continue practicing smart, conservative water use to help us lift all restrictions as soon as possible.
We appreciate your continued efforts to conserve water as we work toward fully lifting these restrictions. Your cooperation is vital as we manage our resources.
