UPDATE-Re: Action Needed: No Lawn Irrigation Until at Least 8 PM Tomorrow to Help Avoid Stage 2 Restrictions
July 10, 2026
Dear Members,
We are continuing to monitor water reserve levels, and at this time, we are still not at the reserve levels needed for fire safety.
Because of this, we are extending the hold on lawn irrigation until at least 8:00 PM tomorrow.
Please do not irrigate lawns tonight or early tomorrow morning. Your cooperation is absolutely critical to rebuilding reserves and avoiding moving into mandatory restrictions.
If reserve levels do not recover to the required level, RCH will be required by the rules to move immediately into Stage 2 water restrictions, which would include only twice-a-week watering and a zone schedule for at least 10 days before ability to remove them.
We are asking all members to please help protect the system and avoid triggering Stage 2 restrictions by stopping lawn irrigation during this period.
Thank you for your continued cooperation and support as we work to maintain the reserve levels needed for fire safety and system reliability.
Thank you for your support and cooperation.
Kind regards,
Robin Mayall
