Curtis Logan Joins RCH as Systems Supervisor

Dear Members,

On behalf of the entire RCH team, I am delighted to announce that Curtis Logan will join us as the new Systems Supervisor, effective August 19th.

Curtis brings a wealth of experience and expertise, having spent over 25 years in the surface water industry, where he excelled at operations leadership, regulatory compliance, budget management, project management, operational efficiency, and safety management.

Curtis holds two AA Licenses for potable water and wastewater treatment issued by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. His impressive career has seen him in various supervisory roles, such as the Water Supervisor Area Manager with an international manufacturing company and as Project Manager at a large water and wastewater management company. Additionally, he has served as an Environmentalist for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice and held significant positions in water utilities for two cities here in Texas.

As the Systems Supervisor at RCH, Curtis will manage the mechanical systems, including pumps and controls, maintenance, and new line inspections for the Hwy 205 project and others. He will also oversee TCEQ testing and compliance while ensuring we meet requirements as we begin being a direct customer with North Texas, among other responsibilities.

Edgar will remain the Field Supervisor, focusing on customer operations and needs. Together, they will complement each other, maintaining all areas of RCH infrastructure at the highest level for our members.

Curtis's depth of experience in water system operational controls is unmatched, and his addition to our team is a testament to RCH's commitment to growth and future-proofing our systems. We are incredibly fortunate to have someone of Curtis's caliber and expertise joining our ranks.
