Successful Repair of Line Rupture on SH205

Dear Members,

We are pleased to inform you that the line rupture on SH205, which occurred yesterday, has been successfully repaired. The RCH Crew worked late into the night to swiftly isolate the leak and, following clearances from ATMOS Gas and USIC, excavated the 6-foot-deep line and performed the necessary repairs.

Once the repairs were completed, the lines were thoroughly flushed and returned to full service, ensuring the restoration of normal water supply this morning. We are also pleased to report that water quality was not impacted, and no boil notices were issued.

We greatly appreciate your efforts to minimize water usage during this period. Your cooperation played a crucial role in enabling us to repair the lines more efficiently.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the McLendon Chisholm City Council members who were on-site to understand the situation better and provide support.
