Important Ballot Submission Guidelines for Upcoming Vote


Dear RCH Members,

As we approach the important dates for our upcoming member vote, I want to provide you with some crucial information to ensure your voice is heard and your vote is counted.


Validation of Ballots:

Please remember that for your ballot to be considered valid and included in the count, it must include your full name, street address, city, state, zip code, and member account number. These details must be clearly provided so we can verify the validity of your ballot. I urge you to return the entire ballot, not only the bottom portion. Ballots missing any of these details will, unfortunately, have to be rejected.


Voting Options:

You have three convenient ways to submit your vote, catering to different preferences and schedules:

1. By Mail: Utilize the pre-addressed and stamped envelope provided with your ballot. Please note that mailed ballots must be received by 12:00 pm on April 15, 2024, to be eligible for counting.

2. Office Delivery: You may deliver your ballot directly to the RCH office. To be counted, ballots must be delivered by 12:00 pm on April 15, 2024.

3. In-Person at Member Meeting: Another option is to cast your vote in person at the member meeting scheduled for April 16 at 4:00 p.m.

We encourage you to review the proposed bylaws online to make an informed decision. They can be found at RCH Water Supply Bylaws—Amended 2024.
