RCH Billing Transition

Dear RCH Members,

We are excited to share an update that reflects our commitment to enhancing your water services. Thanks to the diligent efforts of our new General Manager, Robin Mayall, we are embarking on a significant change that will benefit all our valued members.

In our pursuit of providing you with the best possible service, we have decided to transition billing operations in-house. This strategic move allows us direct control and oversight over this crucial service aspect, ultimately leading to more efficient and transparent operations.

We are fully prepared to assume the administrative responsibilities currently managed by Aqua, at the conclusion of their 60-day ramp-down period. During this time, we will ensure a smooth and seamless shift to minimize potential disruptions and uphold the high standards of service that you expect from RCH.

The dedication and hard work of the Board and Mr. Mayall have been instrumental in making this transition possible. We are confident that their expertise and commitment will continue to drive improvements in our water services and enhance the transparency of our operations.

We see this as an exciting step forward for RCH, and we want to express our gratitude for your continued trust and support. We aim to keep you informed about the progress of this transition and to make it a positive experience for all our members.

Thank you for being a part of the RCH community. We look forward to the future with enthusiasm and dedication to providing you with exceptional water services.

Kind regards,

David Naylor

RCH Board President
