Invoice Announcement

Dear RCH Members,

I am pleased to inform you that the invoices for the past unbilled periods have been successfully generated and sent out on Wednesday August 30th. I deeply appreciate your patience and understanding as we collaborated with Aqua to verify accuracy and accomplish this important task.

As a reminder, please take note of the following points regarding the invoicing process, which the Board has implemented:

  • Water Consumption Tiers: The consumption tiers for the unbilled periods have been set at the base rate, regardless of the consumption. This decision was made with fairness and equity in mind, ensuring the accuracy.
  • Accommodations for Payment: Some members may require additional time to settle their invoices. Rest assured, accommodations will be made for those who need more time to make their payments. Please contact Aqua’s Waco office and speak with Terri Whitley or Stephanie Garcia if you require such arrangements. The telephone number is (254) 776-1999.
  • Invoice Credit for Prepayment: In an effort to expedite processing and not delay this by an additional month, some prepayment credits will not be reflected in today's invoices. Accounts will be adjusted for missing prepayments shortly.
  • Past Due Balances: Due to the billing software, you will see a past-due balance for the previous months on this invoice. This is simply a reference coded in the software and not a comment on your failure to make a past payment. Per the Board policy, there will be no late fees assessed at this time for the past balances. Please be sure to make the necessary arrangements with the billing team if you need more time to pay the invoice.

Going forward, we will return to our standard billing rates and practices. Your cooperation and understanding during this transitional period have been invaluable.
