RCH Members -- The system is currently being operated by members of Cash Special Utility District.  As you know, you have not been receiving monthly water bills and your meters are not being read.  Our current priority is to maintain the daily operation of the system and water quality.  When the monthly bills do return, there will be no late fees and the unbilled month's bills will be based on the minimum gallonage charge of $7.50 per 1,000 gallons.  It is recommended that each member continues to make the minimum payment each month.  It is also requested that any member with special circumstances contact David Naylor (board president) at naylor@rchwatersupply.com.
