First and foremost, I am thankful for our incredible RCH Team. Your commitment and hard work drive our mission forward every day. To our Board of Directors, your leadership and guidance continue to chart a path toward a brighter and more sustainable future.

To our members and partners, your trust and collaboration inspire us to push boundaries and seek innovative solutions. Together, we are creating a stronger, more resilient community that will thrive for generations to come.

This year, I would like to highlight our collective efforts to advance the NTMWD take point project. Thanks to your unwavering dedication, we are making significant strides in planning and initial construction. This progress is vital to ensuring an abundant and reliable water supply, and it underscores what we can accomplish when we unite around a common purpose.

While we are pleased with the progress to date, I know I speak for everyone when I say we are eager to find even more ways to accelerate project completion. Your commitment gives me confidence that we will continue to meet and exceed our goals together.
