Disregard Outdated Postcard Bills from RCH

We hope this message finds you well. It has been brought to our attention that several members have received their bills in the old postcard format. We want to clarify that these postcard bills are outdated and do not represent a valid request for payment from RCH.

Please be advised that any bills in postcard format should be disregarded as they do not accurately reflect your account status with RCH. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused and are actively working with our previous vendor to rectify this mistake and prevent any future occurrences.

Moving forward, please expect to receive your invoices from RCH in an official envelope, which will contain all the necessary details regarding your account and payment instructions. This format ensures the privacy and security of your account information.
