Dear RCH Members,

We wish to inform you about our latest correspondence with Administrative Law Judge Goodson regarding the ongoing proceedings with the City of McLendon-Chisholm. RCH has raised concerns about the City’s repeated requests for extensions and the persistent legal deficiencies in their application to take over parts of RCH's service area. We remain steadfast in our opposition to their application and have urged the Commission to reject it until the City can submit a complete and legally sound application.
