Important Update on Monthly Invoice Mailing

We would like to bring to your attention an unexpected issue we have encountered with our invoicing process. Due to a complication with one of our vendors, there has been a delay in the mailing of many of our monthly invoices. We understand the inconvenience this may cause and are actively working to resolve the situation promptly.

In the meantime, we kindly request our members to access their invoices online. https://rchwater.myruralwater.com/bill-payment  Our digital platform is secure, user-friendly, and offers a convenient way to review and pay your bills. For those who prefer a more personalized approach, our office team is ready to assist you over the phone. They can provide your account balance and help arrange payment.

Recognizing the challenges this delay may present, we will be waiving all late fees through the month of February. This is to ensure that no member is unduly penalized due to this unforeseen delay.

We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate through this transition. Our team is working diligently to ensure that such disruptions are minimized in the future. We value your continued trust and are here to support you in any way we can.
