Important Billing Updates & New Payment Options for RCH Members

Dear RCH Members,

We hope this message finds you well. Alongside our announcement of updated payment methods for your water bills, we also have some important billing reminders to share with you.

 

Billing Due Dates:

Please note that your December bill is due on the 19th of this month. Starting next month and in the future, all bills will be due on the 15th of each month. We believe this change will help make your payment scheduling more consistent and manageable.

 

Outstanding Balances and Late Fees:

If you have an outstanding balance, we kindly urge you to contact our office as soon as possible. For assistance with any balance-related issues, please get in touch with Misty at Tel. 972-805-1950 or stop by the office during business hours. It’s important to address any outstanding balances to avoid late fees or interruptions in your service.

 

Please be aware that late fees will be reinstated on past-due balances starting in February. We encourage all members to settle their bills promptly to avoid these additional charges.
