I trust this message finds you well. I would like to provide important information regarding RCH’s billing procedures, effective December 1, 2023. 

First Bill from RCH: You will still receive one last bill from Aqua in the postcard format. The initial bill from RCH will be dispatched on December 27, 2023. Please be on the lookout for them in the following days. Please share any updated contact information in the space provided on the bill or online. 

Billing Format: Bills will now be sent in envelopes rather than postcards for added privacy and security.

Data Integration: The November invoice data will be fully integrated into RCH's system by December 8, ensuring accuracy and a seamless transition.

Payment Options: To facilitate convenient payments, bills can be paid using the following methods:

• Credit card (in the office or online at https://rchwater.myruralwater.com/bill-payment)
• Autopay (online signup)
• Check or money order by mail or in person at the RCH Office.

Transition Period: No late fees will be applied during the transition period, allowing for a grace period as we implement these changes.
