Dear RCH Members,

I am pleased to inform you that, effective immediately, we are lifting all water restrictions on our system. We want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you for your unwavering compliance with the water restrictions throughout the summer. Your dedication to conserving water has been invaluable and has greatly contributed to the well-being of our community.

As we progress, we assure you that restructuring RCH and improving the water system remains our top priority. We understand the challenges we've faced, and we are determined to find sustainable solutions, including exploring ways to secure additional water sources.

This decision to remove water restrictions is a testament to the collective effort and sacrifices made by our community. We encourage you to continue using water responsibly and efficiently, as sustainable water usage practices benefit us all in the long run.
