Dear RCH Members,

I hope this message finds you well. We want to inform you about an important development regarding our water restrictions. RCH's systems engineer has been diligently assessing our current water restriction policies and has identified the need for modifications to the stage definitions to enhance water flexibility for our membership while ensuring the maintenance of proper storage levels in the future.

To move forward with these adjustments, we must follow a specific process that includes obtaining board approval. So, we are happy to let you know that the revision of water restrictions has been scheduled for discussion at the upcoming RCH board meeting on October 3, 2023.

We understand the importance of balancing water conservation with the needs of our members, and we are working diligently to find the most effective and sustainable solution(s). We believe that these revisions will provide the membership with the added water flexibility needed while ensuring the responsible management of our water resources.
