During this phase of water conservation efforts, we would like to inform all members that to ensure equitable enforcement of water restriction policies, RCH has authorized the use of water restrictors for those repeatedly found in violation. This measure is considered a last resort and will only be enacted if homeowners persistently disregard the established water usage guidelines.

Aqua employees will be responsible for notifying violators. This communication will take place either through direct in-person conversation or by leaving door hangers for homeowners who are not present. It is important to note that every interaction will be meticulously documented.

Our primary goal remains to encourage voluntary compliance with the water restriction policies, as this approach yields collective benefits for all community members. By working together to conserve water resources, we contribute to the well-being of our community.
