Billing Transition Update

We apologize for the inconvenience the membership has experienced during this billing transition.  There have been more bumps than anticipated, but we are working towards a solution.  No bills have been prepared or sent during this transition.  At the June 7 board meeting, the RCH board approved waiving of the late fees and adjusting the usage charge levels as upcoming charges will reflect usage for multiple months.
