On behalf of the Board of Directors, I am proud to share that Robin Mayall, General Manager of RCH Water Supply Corporation, has been recognized with the 2026 Texas Rural Water Association Excellence in System Management Award.

This is a significant and well-deserved honor. The award recognizes exceptional leadership, sound oversight, and the ability to guide an organization with vision, integrity, and dedication. Robin’s selection reflects the extraordinary work he has done on behalf of RCH and the members we serve.

Under Robin’s leadership, RCH has undergone a remarkable transformation. His work has helped move our system from a time of serious challenges to one now recognized as a model public water system in Texas. His leadership has driven major improvements in reliability, sustainability, and long-term planning for our corporation.

Among his many accomplishments, Robin has helped advance critical infrastructure projects, strengthen operational capabilities by building an in-house team, secure key funding, and oversee major system improvements that increase capacity and resilience for the future. Just as importantly, he has led with perseverance and commitment through every challenge, always keeping our members' needs at the center of his work.

This recognition by the Texas Rural Water Association reflects not only Robin’s professional excellence but also the positive impact his leadership continues to have on RCH and our community.
