Dear RCH Members,

As we wrap up another year, I want to take a moment to reflect on 2025. A year filled with hard work, meaningful progress, and shared success.

One of the most significant milestones we've achieved together is the advancement of our Direct Connect with North Texas. This project represents more than just infrastructure. It’s a long-term investment in the reliability, resilience, and future of our water system. It’s also a testament to what we can accomplish when our membership, staff, and leadership align behind a common vision.

To our members, thank you for your continued trust and partnership. You are the heart of this organization, and every step we take is grounded in our commitment to serve you with excellence.

To our employees, your dedication and day-to-day efforts are what make progress possible. Whether behind the scenes or out in the field, you have shown true professionalism and pride in your work.

And to our Board of Directors, thank you for your steady guidance, vision, and support throughout the year. Your leadership ensures we stay focused on both present needs and future growth.

As we look ahead to 2026, I’m filled with optimism. We have big goals on the horizon, but I know, with the strength of our community, we are ready.

As we turn the page on 2025, I want to sincerely wish each of you, our members, our staff, our board, and our extended RCH family, a joyful and restful holiday season. May this time bring you the chance to reconnect with loved ones, reflect on the good that’s been, and recharge for the year ahead. I hope 2026 brings you good health, renewed energy, and continued peace and prosperity.
