NOTICE OF POSSIBLE QUORUM
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 551 of the Texas Government Code that members of the Board of Directors of RCH Water Supply Corporation may attend the following event:
Event: Trial in Cause No. 1-23-1750; RCH Water Supply Corporation v. Robin Baley d/b/a H2O Services
Date and Time: October 27th and 28th, 2025; beginning at 9:00AM
Location: 382nd Judicial District Court of Rockwall County, Texas
1111 East Yellowjacket Lane, Rockwall, Texas 75087
A quorum of the Board of Directors may be present. This is not a regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Directors, but this notice is posted in compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act. The Board of Directors will not deliberate or take any formal action on any items. No meeting minutes will be prepared whether a quorum is present or not.
