A Grateful Thank You as We Welcome Fall

Dear RCH Members,

As we turn the page on another summer and step into the fall season, I want to take a moment to personally thank each and every one of you for your outstanding water conservation efforts over the past few months.

Thanks to your commitment and mindful water use, we achieved something remarkable this year: for the first time in several years, we made it through the entire summer without having to implement any water restrictions. This milestone is a direct result of the care and cooperation shown by our members, as well as the strategic, around-the-clock efforts of our dedicated RCH staff. To all of you: thank you.

Looking ahead, I’m also pleased to share that we remain on schedule to complete the North Texas direct connection by next summer. This critical infrastructure project will significantly strengthen our water supply system, supporting continued reliability through future summers.

With conservation, smart planning, and ongoing investment in our system, we’re building a stronger, more resilient water future—together.
