IMPORTANT - SPRINKLER GUIDANCE - ACT NOW

Dear RCH Members,

This is an urgent reminder about our irrigation guidance. Effective immediately, please follow these rules to help us avoid moving to Stage 3 restrictions:

• Lawn watering is allowed only between 8:00 PM and 12:00 AM.
  
• No lawn watering is permitted outside those hours, including early-morning watering.
  
• This requirement applies to all pop-up heads and high-volume lawn irrigation zones; those zones may run only during the 8:00 PM–12:00 AM window.

Excessive usage of high-volume lawn watering has jumped to levels that should trigger Stage 3 restrictions. If these high overnight volumes continue, we will be forced to implement Stage 3 restrictions immediately.

Stage 3 = one watering day per week for all lawn irrigation.

Please refrain from watering lawns tonight so our system can recover from the recent overnight demand surge. Your cooperation tonight makes a big difference.

Importantly, this overuse also threatens the fire-flow reserve kept available for the Fire Department in case of a house or structure fire. The safety of our firefighters and members is our top priority; using water wisely now helps protect lives and property.

Thank you for acting quickly and helping us preserve our water supply. If we all stay within the 8:00 PM–12:00 AM lawn watering window, we can avoid immediate Stage 3 restrictions.
