December Board Meeting Canceled – Updates on Key Projects

Dear Members,

I hope this message finds you well as we approach the holiday season. To allow everyone to focus on year-end activities, we are canceling the December Board Meeting. Regular monthly board meetings will resume in January 2025.

While we won’t meet this month, progress continues on several important projects:

Rate Study Update

The originally scheduled rate study review will now occur during the January board meeting. This adjustment allows NewGen Strategies the additional time needed to ensure a thorough and comprehensive analysis. We look forward to presenting the findings and discussing next steps with you in the new year.

Meter Upgrade Project – Final Phase in Motion

We’re excited to share that the final shipment of 600 meters for Phase 3 of the Meter Upgrade Project arrived this week. Our team is already coordinating with Mid-Cimarron to finalize the project schedule, bringing us closer to completing this system-wide upgrade.

Enhanced Member Experience with Real-Time Monitoring

As part of this project, we are also preparing for the delivery of the new fixed-based system. Once installed and brought online, this system will offer members access to an innovative app that provides:

    • Detailed consumption graphs
    • Leak alerts
    • Real-time notifications
    • Water consumption management

This technology is a significant step forward in empowering our members with tools for smarter water management.

Though we won’t gather for a board meeting this month, these updates reflect our commitment to delivering thoughtful, complete, and forward-thinking solutions for our community. Thank you for your continued support, and we look forward to reconvening in January to discuss the exciting progress we’ve made.

Wishing you a safe and happy holiday season,

Kind regards,

David Naylor

RCH Board President
