Important Update Regarding TCEQ Filing and Water Safety Assurance

Dear RCH Members,

I am writing to inform you that we recently submitted a required filing to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ). As part of this process, we are obligated to inform all members about an issue related to water sampling from last year. Specifically, during May and December 2023, we missed some routine monitoring requirements.

Please rest assured that our water remains safe to drink. The missed sampling was promptly addressed, and we have since conducted all required tests, ensuring our compliance with state regulations. The necessary samples were collected in June 2023 and January 2024, and the results confirmed the safety of our water.

This notification is purely a regulatory requirement to keep you informed. Our water supply currently meets all safety and health standards, and we will continue to uphold the highest levels of service and compliance.
