It has come to our attention that there may be some confusion regarding the communications to customers in McLendon Chisholm related to water supply and conservation measures. Please be aware that Inframark provides certain services through the city of McLendon-Chisholm but does not have any authority over RCH, including the initiation of water conservation initiatives.

Invoices recently issued by Inframark have erroneously included notices about water restrictions. We want to clarify that RCH is not currently under any water restrictions. All official communications concerning water supply and your accounts will come directly from us at RCH.
